Used for girth seam fit up on tanks and various horizontal seams where a gap is required. Requires no clean-up after usage, it is solely based on gravity to assist in the fit. Variable lengths on shims, based on material thickness being fit, must be used in conjunction with shim pin and bull pin. Added extra inch for a gloved hand. Key shims are sold based on material thickness.
